Returns

It is really important that your sleeves fit comfortably, so if you receive your order and the sleeves do not fit correctly, please return them to us at the following address:

3 Plymtree, Southend on Sea, Essex SS1 3RA

If you would like some replacement sleeves sent out, please include a large 'Self Addressed Envelope' with a 'Large Letter' stamp for us to resend.  We will also need a short note included in the return package explaining what size you need as a replacement.  

Please do not reorder on line as the order will be cancelled.
